Through a partnership with Harvard Developments Inc. and its downtown building partners, the Saskatchewan Arts Board is displaying pieces from its Permanent Collection at Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III in downtown Regina (12th Avenue and Hamilton Street.) There are two exhibitions per year in the space.

Exhibitions have focused on themes such as landscapes and wood-working.

Some of the artists featured so far are David Thauberger, Allen Sapp, Thelma Pepper, Alison Norlen, Sean Whalley and John Henry Fine Day.
